I go to the bathroom and saw stains on the chair with a brown color to them. I can not say whether it was blood or not. It is also the first time that this has happened. I do not know if it's an ulcer or hemmeriod or what. and also had cramps, but I feel like PMS cramps regularly.

It may well be Hemroids. May occur outside or bleed interally and then. The best way to avoid that is to place fiber as possible. I have this problem and no fun! But I try to take as many fibers as far as I can and help. If the bleeding occurs, ask your doctor. He or she can examine you and tell you where you go from there, if you think it is more than Hemren. Hope you feel better soon.
